This is your chance to share what you know about your area of industry expertise! Every contribution will assist in the process of sharing knowledge and providing accurate, relevant content for the manufacturing professionals of today and tomorrow.

The SME Wiki advanced manufacturing portal is your trusted resource for accurate answers to basic questions, research and advanced technologies. The foundation of this portal is the highly regarded "Tool and Manufacturing Engineers Handbook" (TMEH) series now digitized in the newSME Manufacturing Knowledge Base Wiki.
In this drive to digitize content accessible 24/7/365, SME has developed new opportunities for engagement. To that end, I am leading the effort to recruit technical subject-matter experts.
TheSME Wiki Blitz will focus on theUser Experience when creating or updating content in the new SME Manufacturing Knowledge Base Wiki. This is an opportunity for you to contribute, publish and be recognized among your industry peers while paying it forward to the next generation.

2013 Engineer's Week Luncheon

SME Chapter 36 is a sponsoring organization of the 2013 Central Ohio Engineer's Week (E-week) Luncheon.  Engineer's Week is the signature program for National Engineers Week Foundation.  Engineer's Week "celebrates the positive contributions engineers make to society and is a catalyst for outreach across the country to kids and adults alike...."  The events of E-Week focus on giving high school and college students opportunities to learn about careers in engineering.
